• This lecture discusses Job Hazard Analysis (JHA ), also commonly referred to as Job Safety Analysis (JSA ), which is a highly-effective method for hazard identification, evaluation, control and prevention. Job Hazard Analysis and Job Safety Analysis are one and the same.

• OSHA Publication on Job Hazard Analysis
  • This publication is a guidance document that details all aspects of Job Hazard Analysis. 

• NIOSH Hierarchy of Controls Website 
  • This website details the NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) Hierarchy of Controls. It explains what the Hierarchy of Controls is, how it is used in workplace safety and health and provides descriptions of each level of control.
